ATTENTION DIABETICS: Consult your professional healthcare provider before and during this cleanse. Blood sugar levels may fluctuate and should be very carefully monitored. It is stsrongly suggested to discuss wfth your doctor substituting molasses for maple syrup and adjusting insulin doses as follow: On the first day use a scant tablespoon of molasses in eac serving and reduce insulin by about 10 units while monitoring your blood sugar frequently. Daily from then on, continue increasing molasses per serving to 2 full tablespoons while reducing insulin. When this proportion is reached, the isulin may be eliminated. Then replace fhe molasses with the maple syrup ineach serving. Continue to monitor blood sugar levels!

PREPARATIONS:

• Wean off all caffeine at least 3 days before starting the cleanse to avoid withdrawal headache.

• For best results, plan on maintaining this cleanse for at least 7 days, longer if possible.

• Plan on eating nothing whatsoever during the cleanse. Solid food interferes with its effectiveness. Cleanse ingredients have enough nutrition to maintain usual body function and activity.

• No vitamins, food supplements, or medications should be taken during the cleanse. Consult with your professional healthcare provider before and during the cleanse if you take medication.

• Do not substitute any other sweetener for maple syrup or molasses.

• For best results, follow these guidelines EXACTLY and if possible, obtain a copy of The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs for more complete information.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Take an herbal laxative tea the night before.

2. First thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, prepare and drink the entire quart of salt-water mix to cleanse the entire bowel tract. Do this first thing every morning during the cleanse beginning on the 2nd day.

3. About a half-hour later, swallow the oregano/water. Good quality essential oil of oregano may be used, but it may have a stronger peppery taste. The oil will float on the surface of the water. This oil has very strong anti-parasite properties and kills domestic and international parasites in the body.

4. Drink at least 8 to 16 servings of the above lemonade mix daily while awake, whenever you're hungry. You can make several servings at once to take with you if you leave home. Keep cool. Extra glasses of water should be consumed as desired. No other food or drink should be taken.

5. An herbal laxative tea may be taken at bedtime if prone to constipation. It is extremely important to have daily bowel movements during the cleanse for the body to eliminate the wastes.

HOW TO END THE CLEANSE:

Start with fruit and vegetable juices first, then clear broth or soups (fresh and organic is recommended.) Gradually re-introduce solid food with raw fruit and vegetable salads, nuts, crackers, and rice. By the third day: beans, dairy, meats, etc. until usual eating habits are resumed. Do not rush into eating solid food or over-eat, as great discomfort may result. This is an ideal opportunity to look at any changes you may want to make in your nutrition habits. Expect improved function of the digestive tract, elimination, kidneys, glands, blood and lymph flow, the nervous system, and joint and muscle elasticity. This deanse may be repeated 3 or 4 times a year to maintain optimal healing and health. Many seriously ill people have maintained this cleanse for 3-4 weeks in order to begin the return to wellness.

LIVER/GALLBLADDER CLEANSE

THIS INFORMATION IS BASED ON DR. HULDA CLARK’S PROGRAM AND IS GIVEN SOLELY AS A SUGGESTION. ANYONE WHO FOLLOWS IT DOES SO VOLUNTARILY. READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ENTIRE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING.

Preparations: For best results and to minimize becoming very ill, it is VERY IMPORTANT to do the Master Cleanse first before attempting this cleanse. Those instructions are also included.

[See second graphic below}

INSTRUCTIONS:

Day One. Take no medications (ALWAYS CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR), vitamins, other food supplements other than listed here, or any other cleansing programs while following this one. Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch.

1. 2 p.m. DO NOT EAT OR DRINK AFTER 2 P.M. Mix Epsom salts with distilled water in a pint jar to yield 4 servings at 3/4 cup each. Store in refrigerator.

2. 6 p.m. Drink first serving of Epsom salts water. May add 1/8 teaspoon of vitamin C powder per serving to improve flavor. You may have a few mouthfuls of water to rinse mouth. Begin ozonating olive oil if possible, or pour it in a jar with lid and shake hard vigorously for several minutes. Get evening activities done.

3. 8 p.m. Drink 2nd serving of Epsom salts water. Get ALL bedtime chores done before the next step.

4. 9:45 p.m. Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil into 2nd pint jar. Hand-squeeze grapefruit into measuring cup, remove pulp with fork, for about 3/4 cup juice. Add to olive oil, close jar tightly with lid, and shake hard until watery.

5. 10 p.m. Drink the above mixture, swallowing the 4-8 caps of I-ornithine with the first few sips. Take at least 4 caps, more (up to 8) if you are inclined to insomnia. Drink the mixture standing up, and - THEN GO TO BED IMMEDIATELY. Do not clean up the kitchen or do anything else. LIE VERY STILL FOR AT LEAST A HALF HOUR, FLAT ON YOUR BACK WITH HEAD UP HIGH ON PILLOWS AND GO TO SLEEP. It is extremely important to sleep during the overnight cleanse and be as still as you can.

Day Two. In the morning upon arising, drink the 3rd serving of Epsom salts water, but not before 6 a.m. You may return to bed.

1. 2 hours later. Take 4th and last serving of Epsom salts water and return to bed if you wish.

2. After 2 more hours you may begin eating food. It is suggested to start with fruit juice first, then about an hour later eat raw fruit. This helps set up proper digestive action. Wait awhile, then begin eating regular food but lightly for this day.

WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE OR NEED TO KNOW

• You may feel some nausea, tiredness, lightheadedness during the cleanse. Schedule it when you can rest the next day or two.

• Expect diarrhea, especially in the morning and during the day.

• For best results, you will want to examine the contents of bowel movements to see how well the cleanse is working. Roughly count the number of stones you see. Use a flashlight and a stick (chopsticks work well).

• In the toilet bowl, liver and gallbladder stones float and are usually tan or pea green in color, sometimes black, red, or white. They range in size from very small gravel-like to pea-size or larger, and usually appear irregular in shape. Fecal material will sink in the toilet bowl water.

• You may see what looks like dark brown or black grains of wild rice. These are liver flukes.

• Cholesterol crystals also float and appear as chaff, usually of the same colors.

• The cleanse may be repeated at 2 week intervals. The goal is to clear the liver of stones so more than one cleanse may be needed to accomplish this.

• Never cleanse when you are ill.

• It is recommended to cleanse the liver twice a year for optimal health and function.

• After cleansing the liver, expect improved digestion and assimilation of nutrition, allergies to disappear, body pains to vanish (especially upper body), and increased energy and sense of well being.
